At TinyAura, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, our return policy is designed to be as straightforward as possible.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition you received it (unused and unworn).

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
